Herbal Tea Drug

Head canon:

• Mr Small’s Herbal tea is a toon drug only existing in the toon universe.
  
• The drug is usually only used as a tea.
  
• The drug acts much like weed but has some differences.
  
• The drug is 100% legal and non-harmful to anyone.
  
• There is no law against kids using it but since it’s a herbal tea it probably tastes gross as hell to kids.
  
• Herbal Infusion tea (HIT) is a much stronger version of the normal Herbal tea. Usually brewed for much longer periods of time.
  
• This version of the drug can actually cause one to ‘trip out’ seeing things, hallucinations, hearing things.
  
• HIT usually renders the person 100% useless. Unable to move or even think for themselves. They just sit/lay there till it wears off.
• Neither tea has addictive properties or cause withdrawal symptoms.
  
• Drinking normal Herbal tea in large amounts can cause the same symptoms HIT has but not as strong of a degree.
  
• The person is still function-able and it doesn’t hurt their motor skills.
• I like to imagine this type of tea tastes SO gross that most people can’t get past the taste to drink even a gulp but has no strong smells.
